Tiffany went to college at Colorado State University-Pueblo and obtained her Bachelor's in Sociology and Criminology. She then went on to be a police officer with the New York City Police Department in the South Bronx in New York. While working as a police officer, Tiffany continued her education and obtained a Master's degree in Public Administration. She then joined International Justice Mission (IJM) and worked with their investigations team and structural transformation team for 2 years before joining Oasis and helping to lead the Bangalore Anti-Human Trafficking team for 3 years. While working in India, Tiffany obtained a Doctorate in Biblical Counseling. Binny and Tiffany moved to Colorado and she now teaches at the Colorado State University-Pueblo, creates a college level course on human trafficking awareness and also wrote a textbook for the course. Tiffany works as an Investigator with the Colorado Springs Police Department and investigates cold sexual assault cases and serves as a Human Trafficking Subject Matter Expert. She also is on the grant advisory committee for The Alliance to Combat Human Trafficking-Pueblo and leads the presentation team at church and work with the youth group. She has her private pilot's license, but haven't used it in years. Tiffany enjoys horse back riding and quiet time.
Tiffany K. Dozier
Pearlin Retnamony Jayaraj was born and raised in Mumbai, India. She was actively involved in the youth ministry of the Methodist church at the local, state and regional platforms. She currently resides in Cary, North Carolina. She is an occupational therapist and worked with older adults until recently but is currently working with the pediatric population which is medically fragile in their homes. She is a teen leader in her church and successfully led the teen’s ministry in the past when she was in Mumbai and played a vital role to bring a huge transformation in the lives of many underprivileged teens in Mumbai. She continued with teen’s ministry in New Jersey and Rhode Island contributing to their spiritual growth and enabling them in fulfilling their calling over their lives. She has assisted Oasis India over the last few years by promoting Oasis India’s social enterprise products in several states and helping Oasis India to reaching out to local churches in the states.

Sulekha heads Oasis India projects in both the South and West. She also manages several support functions. An alumnus of University of Mumbai, Sulekha comes with grassroots experience in healthcare, counseling, learning and Livelihoods and Prevention of Human Trafficking in an NGO set up. She has over a decade of experience in health education as Senior Tutor, Bombay Nurses Training Institute of Bombay Hospital and Dr. B. Nanavati Hospital. Besides work, Sulekha loves Biking and
Lily has regularly raised small donations for children and orphans in India.
Lily Nengboi Haokip,
Vishwas Udgirkar heads the Fund Raising and Communications team at Oasis India. He has been with Oasis India since September 2014. Vishwas has also been working in developing and executing organizational strategy for Fund Raising. Prior to joining Oasis India, he was involved in sensitizing young people on various social issues, resource mobilization and event management. Vishwas chose to be in the social sector as he really wished to pursue a career that is more meaningful and fulfilling, not only professionally but personally as well. Besides work, Vishwas loves travelling and bike riding.
