By proceeding with the transaction, the Donor understands that the transaction is final and once the payment is made, then the donor is not eligible for any claims. Further, the donor confirms that all personal details provided in this form are true and correct. The donor further agrees to indemnify Oasis India of all claims, losses, and damages that may arise out of false or incorrect information submitted by the donor.

Users are requested to maintain the confidentiality of their password or any forms of instruments (credit /debit cards) used for making transactions with oasisindia.org. Oasis India assumes no responsibility / liability for any transactions that may take place due to any negligence on the part of the user. The user is required to check with their bank regarding all transactions made with oasisindia.org. Payments can be made online and the privacy policy of the service provider’s bank(s) shall be applicable for using this facility.
