Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund is assured for all duplicate or error transactions made on the payment gateway on this site. The request should be made within 3 working days of the payment. The request is to be made to info@oasisindia.org along with the proof, data, and contact details.

Once we received all the necessary information we will verify authenticity and rectify the error. Please not that we will make the refund by reversing the transaction through our bank or the payment service provider only to the account from which the payment was made. The charges for the refund would be borne by us in case of wrong deductions or error transactions. This process may take up to 14 working days from the day the request was made.
