Chief Advisor, Oasis India
Elizabeth Paul is Sr. Vice President HR at Clover Infotech Pvt. Ltd. An alumnus of Symbiosis institute of Management Studies, Elizabeth has equal hands on governance experience of the voluntary sector. She currently serves on the board of Oasis India as its Vice President.
Dr. Ezhil Christadoss serves on our Committee of Management as the President. He worked at Voorhees College in Vellore for many years in the Chemistry Department as Burser and recently retired as the Principal. Dr. Ezhil has also been a faculty at the Haggai Institute National & International, and also served as Manager of Adaikalam HIV/AIDS project.
Dr. Jamila Koshy is the Secretary of the Committee of Management of Oasis India. She is a Doctor and Psychiatrist based in Chennai. She has co-authored two books, was a Consultant Psychiatrist at St Stephen's Hospital and a Students' Counselor at St. Stephen's College in Delhi. She has served in the Indian Army earlier and worked at various hospitals in Bangalore, apart from a small private practice.
Ms. Divya Kottadiel is a former employee of Oasis India who now serves on the Committee of Management. She is currently based in Bangalore and works as a Communication Professional with World Resources Institute (WRI) India. Divya has to her credits successful stints in Brand building, Grants management, communication and Marketing for both national and international organizations.
Mr. Sundeep is an Entrepreneur and talent transformation specialist with 28 years’ experience in: services and corporate fields. Sundeep previously was AVP(India Lead (L&D) at Xchanging India (Acquired by CSC). He is a certified trainer & practitioner and a Master Trainer in areas of Team Building, Leadership, and Communication etc.
Dr. Jeyakar is a top ranker in Electrical engineering (REC-T) and a Ph.D. in Management from IIT-B. As an Academic was the Director of the B-School XIME and as a Corporate Trainer has conducted over 250 workshops to promote 'Management of Creativity and Innovation' and over 100 workshops on more specific topics such as 'Management of Risk and Uncertainty' and 'Decision Analysis'. He is the author of the popular book 'Sculpting Angels: Parenting Lessons to Foster Creativity'. Dr. Jeyakar also is a life member of Mensa-India.
Bennet Benjamin is presently the Director of Centre for Rural Health and Social Education, Vellore District, Tamilnadu. He has received several awards of merit and recognition for outstanding contribution to social development. Recently received commendation certificate from the Hon’ble Minister of Skill Development, Government of India, as Best Institute - Open and Distance Learning in Vocational and Skill Development adjudged by ASSOCHAM, New Delhi, INDIA.
Dr. Pradeep is a qualified Consultant Paediatirc Surgeon and Deputy Medical Superintendent at Madhipura Christian Hospital in Bihar. He is committed to the cause of ethical and wholistic healthcare and to the elimination of inequalities in healthcare provision because of geographical, socio-cultural, economic and gender biases.
Mangneo Lhungdim joined as Executive Director of Oasis India in October 2016. He has been progressively engaged in the development sector since 1998. Prior to joining Oasis India, at Indo-Global Social Service Society (IGSSS) Mangneo held the Deputy Director position leading the senior management team in implementing national flagship development and humanitarian programmes. He is also a trained peace advocate (MPI-Mindanao) and has supported the initial phase of the Joint Peace Mission Team (JPMT) in North-east India during and in the aftermath of conflicts.
Mathew Nathaniel heads our projects in the South. He has varied experience in community development, church leadership, mentoring and teaching. His key responsibilities have been managing social action projects, teaching and heading a department at a theological college, and co-leading a church movement (International). He has been with Oasis India since April 2015, and has an eager desire to make a difference among the urban poor.
Meena Jebaraj has been with Oasis India since August 2014. Before joining Oasis India she worked with World Vision India and Baptist Hospital in various capacities. Meena has a Master’s in Business Administration degree in Financial Accounting from IIBMS. She also holds a Bachelor of Commerce from St. Anne’s First Grade College, Bangalore. Her passion is to keep finances as transparent as glass.
Sulekha heads our projects in the West. She also manages several support functions. An alumnus of University of Mumbai, Sulekha comes with grassroots experience in healthcare, counseling, learning and Livelihoods and Prevention of Human Trafficking in an NGO set up. She has over a decade of experience in health education as Senior Tutor, Bombay Nurses Training Institute of Bombay Hospital and Dr. B. Nanavati Hospital.
Albert is the Head of Finance and Administration. He is Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India (ICWAI) qualified with an experience of over 20 years in finance and accounts. He has previously worked with the Public Health Foundation of India, Institute for Financial Management & Research etc. Albert has diverse experience in financial management systems, FCRA related matters, grants management, internal audit, income tax rules and regulations etc.
