Ragini’s Journey: From Struggles to Success

Ragini grew up in a very poor family. Her father worked hard at a welding company to make ends meet. Ragini got married at a young age, and by 2022, at the age of 20, she welcomed her first baby into the world.

But life took a difficult turn in 2023 when her husband lost his job. With a newborn to care for and no steady income, they were facing serious financial challenges.

During this tough time, Ragini heard from her sister about a tailoring training course offered by Oasis India. Desperate to make things better for her family, she joined the course in January 2024.

Over the next six months, Ragini learned skills that would change her life forever—hand stitching, baby dressmaking, tops and salwars, and even saree blouses. She completed the course and proudly received her certificate on July 10, 2024.

But it wasn’t just the tailoring skills that impacted Ragini. The life skills sessions and group counseling gave her a newfound confidence. She began to believe in herself and her ability to create a better future.

Recently, Ragini started her own business in a small rented shop. There, she sells stationery items, stitches clothes, and does alterations. Her business is thriving, and she’s earning enough to support her husband and her family.

Ragini is filled with gratitude—for her teacher, for Oasis India, and for the opportunity that has transformed her life. What once seemed impossible is now her reality.

She is happy, proud, and successful—a true miracle in her journey.
