Learning to dream

'People who did not dream of doing anything with their life start looking forward because they are able to achieve things in training. They come to know their capabilities and their potential,' says Liz Joseph from Oasis India's training centre in Mumbai.

Read how one boy's enforced domestic service drove him to contemplate suicide. He got a place at our training centre and is now earning money in the Jacobs Well workshop and contemplating his future. At the centre, teenagers learn vocational skills and can also get counseling and help with their schooling.
